As the Brand Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to efficiently attract and retain patients while driving brand awareness, new guest traffic and revenue growth. This role demands a blend of strategic prowess, creativity, and analytical acumen to effectively connect with our target audiences and exceed our marketing objectives. This role will be pivotal in executing brand messaging across multiple channels, including social media, influencers, PR, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader, capable of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand and generate business impact. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully orchestrating results driven, full funnel marketing initiatives. In addition, experience with multi-location businesses, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, quick-service restaurant (QSR), and/or retail sectors is a plus. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Messaging: Develop and execute compelling brand messaging, positioning and voice that resonates with target audiences. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital and traditional marketing channels. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Use data and insights to adjust strategies and maximize results.
  2. Data, Analysis, and Market Research: Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing tactics. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  3. Social Media Strategy: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid and organic social media campaigns across all major platforms. Monitor and optimize content to increase engagement, audience reach, and brand visibility.
  4. Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and drive new guest traffic.
  5. Public Relations (PR): Lead PR efforts when applicable by developing relationships with media outlets, writing press releases, and securing opportunities for brand visibility in top-tier media channels.
  6. Internal Communications: Oversee the development and execution of internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across teams. Collaborate with HR, Ops, and leadership to maintain strong company culture and internal brand advocacy.
  7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor agency partners to develop clear objectives, brand messaging and positioning strategies, along with staying on top of new and emerging marketing opportunities and evolving consumer mindsets, which differentiate Ideal Dental from competitors and resonate with our target audience.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, clinical, and training teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business goals. Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses, track spending against budget targets, and provide regular financial reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience, focusing on driving traffic and sales and brand building
  • Driven, independent, creative thinker with a passion for building strong, engaging brands
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-location local marketing, for example, retail, QSR, hospitality, or healthcare
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations as needed
