Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization, rapidly identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates. Using the “account management” strategy, you will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand the staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to find top-tier talent efficiently.

Hybrid position: 2- remote days and 3 in-office days

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a requisition workload (cradle to grave) of up to 30 requisitions concurrently.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and CRM and ATS (iCIMS) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop creative and engaging job postings and advertisements to attract diverse candidates.
  • Implement proactive sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates against job requirements, and conduct initial phone screenings to qualify candidates' minimum qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend offers to successful candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the recruitment process, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and the hiring process using an applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Generate regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the job market to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, insights, and strategies for optimizing high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Other job duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven work experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing recruitment environment.
  • Experience with healthcare recruiting or a background in the healthcare field is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree preferred
